Pittsburgh Moving Companies

Welcome To Pittsburgh!

House moving is the pits. That’s why one of the country’s favorite moving companies is here to make your move to Pittsburgh as worry-free as possible. As you have probably grown quite sick of packing, getting ready to steal away to the steel city, here are some things to look for in your new hometown, Pittsburgh, PA.

Sports: Pittsburgh is home to a ravenous sports fan base. And why not? Between three major sports franchises–Pittsburgh Pirates (MLB), Pittsburgh Steelers (NFL) and Pittsburgh Penguins (NHL)–the city has won 14 national championships. You will find sports infused into everything Pittsburgh, including songs, sandwiches and, of course, the Terrible Towel.

Art: As a former industrial hub and a hard-nosed steel town, it may surprise some to learn that Pittsburgh is home to a thriving art scene. As the birthplace of Andy Warhol, many modern and visual artists have called Pittsburgh home and hope to hang in some of its famous museums–including the Andy Warhol Museum, the Carnegie Museum of Art and the Westmoreland Museum of American Art.

Architecture: One of the world’s most famous architects, Frank Lloyd Wright, built three of his masterpieces in the Pittsburgh area. All three are open to the public. The city is also home to hundreds of historic churches, buildings, landmarks and public art displays.

Food: Pittsburgh is home to a large polish community so pierogies are a delicacy. Also, the town’s most famous sandwich shop, Permanti Brothers, took the deli sandwich to the next level, adding fries and cole slaw on each.

Like a good moving company should, we want to make your move as comfortable as possible, which includes getting to know your surroundings. Once our movers have left and you complete your moving and storage projects, its time to explore your new home. And once again, welcome to Pittsburgh, PA.
